Being able to access the right care, at the right place, at the right time, is something that is hugely important in our times of need, and as our community here in Corby & East Northamptonshire has grown, it is only right that our healthcare provision reflects that too, with appropriate capacity and ease of access. I'm really pleased then that, as part of the Government's commitment to build forty new hospitals by 2030, the works for Kettering General Hospital have been put at the very forefront, with groundworks due to begin imminently. Given local interest on progress, I recently pressed the Minister for an update and you can read his response, here. This is something I will continue to follow closely and am proud to continue to campaign on, alongside Philip Hollobone MP - we want to see works started and completed on site ASAP. You can watch a video I recently made about this, here.
