With not long to go until the Northamptonshire Education Awards (NEA) entries close, I’m keen that as many deserving nominations are made as possible. I’m proud to be a judge for the NEA – the awards rightfully celebrate the remarkable accomplishments of schools across the region and provide a chance for educators, schools, and all of the fantastic staff involved in shaping our future, to be recognised for their hard work, passion, dedication and commitment. There are a wide range of categories for schools and individual educators to be recognised in, including 'Headteacher of the Year', 'School Business Manager of the Year', the 'Environmental and Sustainability Award', as well as subject specific categories. If you have someone or a school in mind that you know deserves recognition, do please nominate them! I’m looking forward to reading the nominations and seeing how educators across the county have inspired our young people and our future - I can think of so many worthy nominees here in Corby & East Northamptonshire!
