RSPCA PawPrints Awards 2019: Winners here in Northamptonshire!

I was delighted to be informed by the RSPCA that Northamptonshire County Council have achieved a ‘Gold Contingency Planning Award’ as part of the PawPrints Awards 2019. A big “congratulations” to all those involved at the council for their work in this important area!
