I was really pleased to visit Corby Town FC recently to see the new community defibrillator they have installed and to hear more about the events and many fixtures held at the club, for people of all ages. The defibrillator, which could mean the difference between someone living or dying, is something we hope will never have to be used, but it is reassuring for the community to know it is there and my thanks to all those involved in bringing this to fruition. It was also great to see many skilful young people playing football when I visited - all having a great time, getting out there and getting active. Thank you for showing me around the club, of which we are all rightly proud!
