To round off another busy Friday holding virtual meetings, I spoke with a representative of The Souster Youth Trust, which is based in Thrapston and works with pupils from schools across Northamptonshire. The Trust works with young people to help them with the transition to adulthood, with a particular focus on good mental health. It was really interesting to hear more about this important organisation and a big ‘thank you’ must go to all involved - the work they do is perhaps more valuable than ever given what we are all living through at the moment, and its profound impact on all of our lives in one way or another.
