East Midlands Railway (EMR) have been in touch to let me know that a public consultation on plans to modernise customer service across the railway network has been launched by the industry. I know that the services EMR provide are heavily relied upon by Corby & East Northamptonshire residents for business and leisure and so it’s important that local people, and indeed service users across the UK, have their say on the plans.
