Support available across Northamptonshire

Northamptonshire County Council have started distributing a leaflet across the county to highlight the support available through the COVID-19 helpline. If you need to access support ahead of your leaflet being delivered, you can do so by calling the number on the infographic.

Top up to local business grant fund scheme

I really welcome the announcement made over the weekend providing greater clarity on the discretionary element of the small business grants scheme, along with some extra resourcing, which will undoubtedly address a small number of challenging cases I have been taking up with the councils locally.

NHS Blood & Transplant (NHSBT) need people who are fit and healthy to keep donating blood as normal. Blood donation sessions and donor centres are still open, and travel to them is essential for the NHS and allowable under the ‘lockdown’ rules.
