On the case of Shamima Begum, I asked a question to the Home Secretary, highlighting the fact that in his role he must make difficult decisions such as this, based on information that he is simply unable to share in the public domain for intelligence and security reasons.

Visit to Thrapston Primary School:

I had a wonderful visit to Thrapston Primary School. I had the chance to answer questions from the school council, and then they gave me a tour of the school.

Visit to Fairline Yachts:

Last Friday, I met with David Tydeman from Fairline Yachts in Oundle. It was great to discuss how the business is doing, and have a really interesting tour around the boat yard and see some of the stunning craftsmanship for myself.
