I asked a Question to the Minister of State for the Northern Ireland Office, enquiring what recent steps he has taken to support Northern Ireland’s business community. The Minister explained that he and the Secretary of State have frequent discussions and meetings with Northern Ireland businesses. The Government have also provided £3.5 million for Queen’s Belfast precision medicine centre, £700,000 for Randox diagnostics, and £1 million for Northern Ireland SME research and development.
