Meeting with Corby Borough Council regarding the unauthorised damage to the Peasdale Hill Field at Middleton

Middleton

Following contact from many local residents regarding the unauthorised damage to the Peasdale Hill Field on Ashley Road, Middleton, I recently called for, and held, a meeting with the Acting Head of Paid Services at Corby Borough Council, alongside representatives of Middleton Parish Council. Like residents - and as I have consistently said - I am angered by what has happened to this tranquil, picturesque spot and the meeting was a chance to get across the strength of local feeling that has been registered with me locally. I am going to be closely watching the progress of the actions to be taken to address this wholly unsatisfactory situation, which I outlined in an earlier update: https://www.votepursglove.co.uk/news/peasdale-hill-field-middleton-upda…. What has happened is totally unacceptable and the damage must be made good - without delay.
