Last week (2nd-8th September) was male Cancer Awareness Week and I am pleased to be supporting Orchid’s campaign; ‘FACE up to Prostate Cancer’. This campaign focuses on three key risk factors and the main symptom associated with prostate cancer, namely: family history, age, change in urinary habits and ethnicity. It is important that men are aware of their risk to such cancer, which will help with earlier diagnosis and importantly save lives.
