Veteran Railcard

Available from Armistice Day and part of the Government’s Veterans Strategy, the new Veteran Railcard offers a third off rail travel for veterans and their families. A brilliant idea I’m glad to support and another promise kept!

British Heart Foundation air quality reception

On the 4th February, I was pleased to be able to attend the British Heart Foundation’s air pollution reception. This provided a really useful insight into air quality issues across the country and in our area of Corby & East Northamptonshire.

Visit to Stanwick Primary School

It was great to visit Stanwick Primary School the other week to answer questions from the pupils during their assembly and to look around the school. The School Council came up with some fantastic questions to ask me and I enjoyed talking about my role as their Member of Parliament.
