Cambridgeshire & Peterborough Clinical Commissioning Group have launched a 12 week conversation with the local community to find out what matters most to them in the NHS and how services can be improved.
The Environment Agency is launching its ‘Flood Action Campaign’ with a ‘Flood Action Week’ from the 11th to the 17th November. In England, there are over 5 million homes at risk of flooding and the average cost of flooding to a home is around £30,000.

I was very frustrated at the ultimate decision by the Development Control Committee of Northamptonshire County Council on the Shelton Road planning application, which was approved on the 24th September 2019, having consistently and extensively campaigned against it.
Earlier this week, we heard the welcome news that the Prime Minister has secured a new Withdrawal Agreement with the European Union. Having seen the details of this new deal and studied it carefully, I believe that the House of Commons should vote for it today, as I will be.

I read some really exciting news for trainspotters and rail enthusiasts in our area recently! Plans are in place for the iconic steam locomotive, No 46233 Duchess of Sutherland, to pass through Wellingborough, Kettering and Corby on the 19th October 2019.
