A45/Chowns Mill Campaign Meeting with the Secretary of State

I recently asked the Secretary of State for Transport, the Rt. Hon Patrick McLoughlin MP, if we could meet to discuss the enormous response both Peter Bone MP and I, have had to our joint Listening Campaign on the issue of dualling the A45 between Stanwick and the A14, and securing long overdue improvements to the Chowns Mill Roundabout.

More Broadband Investment and a Solution for CorbyGate Business Park!

Back in February, I invited Ed Vaizey MP, the Minister for Culture & Digital Industries to visit Corby, to meet with representatives of local businesses affected by broadband difficulties on the town's industrial estates - in particular, the CorbyGate Business Park, where a number of the businesses were having great difficulties in successfully undertaking basic day-to-day tasks, as a result of slow broadband speeds.

Bone, Hollobone & Pursglove Launch North Northamptonshire EU Referendum!

Today, Peter Bone MP, Philip Hollobone MP and I, have launched a North Northamptonshire wide In-Out EU Referendum - the largest vote on this issue since 1975. Around a quarter of a million people will be eligible to take part and whatever their view, I would urge each and every single one to have their say, when the ballot papers drop on doormats, immediately after the European Elections in May.
